Microsoft’s servicing stack update provides fixes for the component that installs Windows updates.
Check the status of all the components in the SiteProtector Console > Agent View to confirm the new catalogs are clearing the components update warnings.Microsoft has removed a faulty servicing stack update, which was causing issues for Windows users when they tried to install last week’s Patch Tuesday security updates.After some time files will also get published into XPUSelf catalog folder as well.For example, if XML_3_0.xml is being downloaded the file you can see is XML_3_0.xml.downloading and it will renamed to XML_3_0.xml once the download completes. If files are in process of being downloaded, they will have.Check whether the new catalog files are getting created in the XPU catalog folders mentioned above.Refresh your Console by pressing the F5 until the components will come back to an Healthy and Active status. Note: The components status will become Unknown in the Console temporarily since sensor controller is establishing its connection again. From Windows Services menu, restart the SiteProtector Web Server and SiteProtector Sensor Controller services.Note: Skip steps number 8 and 9, these steps come in consideration only when you are downloading catalogs/XPU's using the internet or other XUS.
